"It was terrible staying there, I booked super deluxe room for the sake of better facilities. The rooms were dirty like they were not maintained and cleaned from mouth, floor mats were torn, toilets were not clean, toilet seat was broken, curtains were dirty and had paint and curry stains and were smelling bad like hell. Bedsheets were also not fresh. I requested them to change the bedsheets and pillow covers and they did not had any clean fresh bedsheets no matter what, at last the refuse to change the bedsheets. then i requested to change my room, they denied for the same as they had no other rooms available. they have only 6-7 rooms in the property. They do not have couple or family friendly properties, the property I stayed, the management allowed 8 people to stay in 1 super deluxe room that have capacity of maximum 3 people. Thee property i stayed in Sattal, Nainital had no locks on the door, anyone can break into your room and when I complained about the issues they were not bothered or concerned. I had requested them to cancel 1 of 2 days booking and refund but they refused. These properties are not family or couple friendly."

"Hello Everyone Beyond Stay Krishna Jungle Resort is one of the best Jungle property in Kanha National park. It is classic resort with modern amenities. Nice rooms based on jungle theme. Great hospitality got by the staff. Food is very delicious. They arranged safari for us and we had sighting as we never expected. We'll come again and also I would like to suggest everyone who is planning his holidays for kanha you can book your stay at the Beyond Stay Krishna Jungle Resort. Thanks & Regards"

"I booked 2 nights in himalayan heights kufri from beyond stay.. due to their poor services I forced to check out after 1 night only. They promised bestest service but all promised were fake. Hotel was out of ice.. I ordered 4 boiled egg and 1 chilly potato at 12.30 p.m and I received my order 4.30 p.m. with 4 boiled eggs only. I asked them 4 times for room cleaning, staff said aap apne aap clean Kar ke utensils room k Bahar rakh dena. I asked them for extra bedding at 8 o clock. The staff came at 11.45 with extra bedding. I asked for clean my baby milk bottle ,staff said hum nahi Kar sakte. Very pathetic services I experienced ever. Specially beyond stay staff misguided us a lot. I never ever recommend this property and beyond stay to anyone in future."

"Worst Experience of my life. I booked package for Manali there is girl name Monti Chauhan who misguide and not cover the activities which is mentioned in the itinerary and also charge extra money for the activities which is already mention in itinerary. I'm in Manali and ready for checkout they are threat in me that first pay the money then you will be able to check out…I never recommend Beyond Stay to anyone."
